Paying for your Cleaning.
We have a number of methods by which we accept payment for cleaning. If you are in when we call we accept cash or cheque. If you are out when we visit you can ideally pay with our Direct Debit scheme. Alternatively you can pay by cheque, bank transfer, PayPal or by Debit/Credit Card Reader over the phone.
GoCardless – Auto-Pay
GoCardless is a UK Online Direct Debit Provider founded in Jan 2011.
• Payments are only collected after we have cleaned your windows – approximately 5 days after the clean.
• This is not a monthly Direct Debit.
• We do not share your personal details with any 3rd parties.
• Stripe – Debit/Credit Cards
Debit and Credit Cards.
We also take payments for cleaning using the payment service Stripe – allowing you to pay with ease using a debit or credit card either over the phone if you don’t happen to be in when we call or with iZettle whilst we are there.
By Bank Transfer
To pay by bank transfer please use our banking details as supplied after we completed your cleaning. Please ensure you use the first line of your address as reference so we can identify your payment and credit it to your account.
If you are not in when we visit and you would like to pay by cheque please post your cheque to the following address: Oakley Cleaning – Hill Road, Oakley, Hants. RG23 7HR ensuring it is made payable to OAKLEY CLEANING for the outstanding amount and that your address is written on the rear of the cheque so we are able to identify it and credit it to your account.
